BMLL expands data coverage to Canadian markets

BMLL has expanded its data coverage to include the Canadian market, further building on its historical Level 3 data and analytics provisions across global equity, ETFs and future markets.

Users can now access granular Level 3, T+1 order book data from all major Canadian trading venues and exchanges.

Canadian exchange operators are now able to analyse venue performance and liquidity dynamics, and can execute venue comparisons against both local and global peers.

Earlier this year, BMLL added US FINRA ATS/OTC Volumes data and data from the Brazil Stock Exchange to its service.

Paul Humphrey, BMLL CEO, comments: “Market participants need a full picture of market quality, liquidity and order dynamics to make better informed decisions on the markets they trade and the venues they operate.

“This means that the demand for high-quality historic market data has grown exponentially as participants need to understand market behaviour across jurisdictions.”
